Kacie Norlien, Licensed Independent Social Worker

More About

Welcome! I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with a focus on supporting adults through a variety of life experiences, including perinatal care, life transitions, wellness, relationship dynamics, and concerns around intimacy and connection. I’ve been practicing in the mental health field since 2010, and bring a depth of experience along with specialized training in perinatal mental health (PMH-C), clinical sexology, relationship therapy, and weight management.

My clinical approach is integrative and person-centered, drawing from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Informed Care, Interpersonal Therapy, Systems Theory, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I view therapy as a collaborative process and a place of growth—and I consider it a privilege to walk alongside my clients. I strive to make therapy approachable, relatable, and grounded in both compassion and clinical expertise.

If you’re considering therapy, I invite you to reach out. Whether you're navigating a specific challenge or simply looking for a supported space to process through life experiences and transitions, I’d be honored to connect with you.
